I am a passionate, creative woman with over 30 years of research and study regarding the human condition. My education and research has been extensive especially in regards to trauma, violence, relationships, co-dependency, grief, family dynamics, change, transformation, creativity, spirituality and matters of the heart and soul. I have worked with a diverse population of individuals, couples, families and groups both independently and in a variety of social service organizations. These include a crisis/victim service center, outpatient addiction treatment facility, inpatient children's home and community mental health center. I am currently in private practice in downtown Olympia, WA.

My theoretical approach is broad and multi-dimensional with a holistic and systemic base. I believe healing comes from connecting to deep inner resources of creativity and being witnessed in the healing process. For this reason I customize treatment plans in collaboration with my client(s).

I believe that the client-therapist relationship is the sacred core of therapy. Through this core of relationship and shared space, co-creative energy becomes the catalyst for transformation and healing.

I have a strong belief that the individual is the expert in their own lives. Only they hold the power for change and transformation within themselves and have the inner resources to solve their own problems. When people are willing to connect with their creative genius and follow their own thread of wisdom, they will find healing, joy, purpose and passion in daily living.
